I have dealt with so many dealers in the past, but I’d have to say Brandon is probably the most relatable, honest and straight to the point sales man I’ve encountered. I’d go to this guy every time! I got a good deal with some pressure but the big disappointment was paying $1,000.00 for perma plate, nitrogen in the tries, and locking lug nuts. I would have denired all of that package if I had been given the choice but understand you do that on all vehicles. I did not want that environmental package and would have saved the $1,000.00 cost. The rest of the deal was great.
The recall notice was taken care of quickly. Oil change was easily handled. Two hours from start to finished was the total time spent. Expected a longer wait, but not so. Chris in the service lane does a good job making it all happen.
